According to the guidelines, the medium and small apartments should be the main type of rental housing. The building area of the small suite should be within 45 square meters; the building area in the middle set should be less than 70 square meters; the large set with the building area greater than 70 square meters should be the large one, and the maximum building area of the rental housing should not exceed 70 square meters. The number of people in each room of dormitory rental housing should not exceed 8, and the per capita use area index should not be less than 4 square meters. Gas pipeline equipment and open fire stove should not be set indoor.
